Parker Ford and Mackay provides complete eye exams, performed by qualified optometrists, in order to provide our patients with the most comprehensive eye care. Children, adults and seniors should all be regularly checked to ensure no eye conditions are left undiagnosed. When necessary, our optometrists work closely with Ophthalmologists (medical eye doctors) to find the best treatment options.
Alberta Health Care covers full eye exams for children until the age of 19 and seniors from the age of 65, and covers medically necessary health checks for patients of all ages.
